From a young age, Brian has always been interested in all things visual. Starting out in the world of video, photography was a natural extension of his never-ending passion of capturing a moment in time, and conveying the emotion of that moment to the viewer.

Combining his other great passion, the sport of snowboarding, with his photography has allowed him to live a life that must often seem like a fantasy. From running around the backcountry of British Columbia, to travels with friends, Brian has been able to use his talents to bring many experiences to many different viewers.

Only shooting professionally since 2005, Brian has already achieved much success in the snowboard publishing world in such a short time, with highlights such as featured galleries, as well as the cover of Snowboard Canada Magazine’s 2006 Buyers Guide.

Never one to limit himself to one discipline, Brian also enjoys shooting landscapes of the beautiful environment in which he lives as well as documentary-style travel images. A trip to Cambodia in the summer of 2006 was a perfect opportunity to explore this other side of photography, one that allows him to share with his viewers a completely different world than that in which they live.

Brian is extremely excited about the future and can’t wait to see where it brings him.
